Prism Dry Hopped Saison Perennial Artisan Ales  @sipssudsandsmokes #60secondbeerreview- #dailybeerreview- Prism – SUDS – 3, is a 5.5% dry hopped saison from @perennialbeer in St Louis, MO.  This is the second beer in this rotating series I have tried.  They change out the hops in each new one.  This time it is Mandarina Bavaria and Spalt.  It’s a tasty beer and I get a lot of citrus, especially orange, from the hops.  However, I prefer when breweries do this with beers that are less yeast driven so I can enjoy the hops more.
